HP Laptop Problems, Consumers ‘Yell’

Shanghai – Hewlett-Packard (HP) harvest of protest in China. More than 100 consumers in the State Bamboo Curtain were ‘screaming‘ because of their HP laptop problems.



Jiang expressed Suhua, a lawyer in Yingke Law Firm in Beijing, the customers complain because the video card on HP laptop overheating their experience (overheat) causing laptop hang. But no mention of what type of laptop problems.

Quoted by Reuters on Wednesday (10/3/2010), approximately 170 consumers to send complaints to the state quality watchdog, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

They want the government to investigate and asked the United States technology vendor pulled a laptop from the circulation problem in China.

“We can bring this matter to court, but it has not reached that stage,” said Jiang.

This case related to the HP Singapore and the United States did not respond.
