Problem Connecting Nokia Data Cable to Computer
Question:
When connecting the Nokia 6020 data cable to computer, why it’s hard to connect?
Answer:
1. First check if Nokia PC Suite is already installed before, because its have include the cable and device drivers. The Nokia PC Suite installer is in your CD Package or you can download it from www.nokia.com.
2. Then, please check if your USB cable / USB port is clean, damaged or not.
Please try to change the data cable which you have with another cable, maybe your cable is already problematic. Usually you will need the latest nokia pc suite first, and you can get connected, because the drivers will automatically install in maximum performance.
If still not connected as possible, the USB plug in to your Computer or Hand phone have a loose or dirty connector on the Mobile Phone (clean up first) or a cable of data in use is damaged or not compatible.
Make sure the data cable that is used original, the unoriginal data cable is more difficult to connect.
